The Challenge:

Moshen P., a former mathematician turned real estate investor, wanted to pass his real estate portfolio, which included the 90 Madison Building in Denver’s prestigious Cherry Creek neighborhood, on to his family. He was looking for ways to add value to this building and knew that replacing the old, inefficient lighting could make a big impact. One of our business partners, an accounting firm, referred Moshen to us as a leading energy-efficiency expert in the commercial office industry.

The Solution:

After meeting with the client and conducting a complete assessment of the building, we implemented a full lighting retrofit, which included product research and procurement, installation, project management, and ongoing energy savings analysis.
